Stake Picnic

Our Stake had a Picnic at Lions Park.  The kids had lots of fun eating hot dogs, snow cones, and cotton candy.  Rebecca let me paint her face and Ganon helped David build a Rocket.  They had some PVC pipes hooked up to an air compressor that would shoot the paper "rockets" about 100 feet into the air.  It was lots of fun.  Unfortunately, paper rockets, like balloons and stickers, don't last forever.

Zoo Day

On Saturday my parents took us to the Hogle Zoo. The kids had lots of fun exploring and seeing the animals. David was anxious to see everything while Rebecca had a hard time leaving one animal to see another. We're glad that the expedition was a success. Thanks Grammie and Grandpa!

We decided to try the train.... There was only a little bit of crying....


David and Rebecca both loved the baby giraffe.

They also liked the albino aligator. Rebecca kept saying to David "It eat me."
