Last year around Easter time Heidi ran across a recipe for Resurrection Rolls. You take dough and wrap it around a large marshmallow. When it bakes the marshmallow melts leaving an empty space inside. The empty space represents the empty tomb. They taste a lot like cinnamon rolls. They were a big hit both years. We even shared a few with our neighbors Anthony and Celest.
