We have talked to David about the importance of not spending all his time playing video games. Today he decided that he and Rushton would make gliders. They found a couple of wooden dowels and cardboard cereal boxes in the garage. Heidi let them use her hot glue gun. Before we knew it they were trying out their creations in the driveway. The boys had fun and hopefully learned some things as well.
While that was going on, believe it or not, Heidi and I had more to do on the stool project. There were enough supplies that we could make a stool to give one to Brother Turner as a way of saying thanks. We are hoping to surprise him with it at Pack Meeting later this month.
David is brimming with creative potential. Fun to see it in action
