This morning Papa and Becca B and I made our way to the Mesa Courthouse. We patiently waited for our turn to speak to the judge. There were signs posted about not taking pictures but Papa asked the judge and received special permission to take a few. Refer to his blog to see them. It was a serious but special occasion. The judge did approve our request for Papa and me to be appointed Becca B's legal guardians. This now puts things in place for Becca to be taken care of into the future. Becca B is very special to me. She is very loving and kind and knows how to have a good time. In her own way, she likes to look after me. I am pleased and proud to be able to help Becca B in this way.
While we were at the courthouse Heidi went to her parent's house to help take care of things that are outside their reach. She is always ready to serve.
The process of executing Guardianship for B was lengthy, legally complicated (and not inexpensive). The family enter d into it after much discussion and prayer. We all feel it is in the best interest of our beloved Becca
