While Rebecca was on her exciting adventure, life continued here at home. Heidi and I had Cub Scouts. We find that keeping the boys active keeps them happy and well behaved.
We did a crab walking race and a race where they set up a tent.
Rebecca spent some time on a boat that they call a "floating lab" this morning.
In addition to Chrissy and Missy, Amber is the fourth member of their travel group.
The crew members dragged a net on the bottom of the ocean and brought up sea creatures for them to see.

Later on, they went to the SS Midway, a retired aircraft carrier.

Rebecca seems to be thoroughly enjoying both the educational and social aspects of this uber field trip
