Today the public library held a demonstration called "The Science of Ice Cream". It was really more like " Freezing Stuff in Liquid Nitrogen is Cool". Sarah invited her friend Rayden.

These are the instructors making the ice cream.
They made enough for all of the kids, and some of the adults (including Heidi and me) to try some.
I can report that it was pretty tasty.
Today is 7-Eleven day so, on the way home, we stopped to get free Slurpees.
Our friends, the Hintons, happened to be at the library demonstration as well and they joined us at 7-Eleven. The kids had fun and it made for a sweet day.
