7/18/18 Work, Work, Work

      Today, like many days, there was a lot of work to do. One of our clients has given us a chance to do more work for them. This is a blessing and means that we are in the process of figuring out what all needs to be done and how best to do it. Today, mostly Heidi but with my support, spent several hours chasing down statements from several carriers so that they can be included in the next payroll cycle. Heidi says that it feels like solving a puzzle. She is a hard worker. She knows that it is important to be persistent when times get tough in order to get things accomplished.
