This morning we watched the first session of Conference from home. Roger Hallsted provided the tech assist at the Stake Center. This afternoon we went as a family to open the building to those who don't have the ability to watch from home. Today that translated into a pair of Elders and a pair of Sister Missionaries. We watched as a family in a different room. That way we didn't bother the missionaries with our noisyness. Heidi borrowed some Legos from the nursery. Rebecca created the tall "robot" in the picture. Joseph and David wanted to be in the picture as well. I think that being at the church may have made it easier for us to collectively pay attention. We are so grateful to live in a day when prophets speak to us plainly. We look forward to when the talks are posted and we can listen to them again. Still, it helps to have an environment where there are fewer distractions and focus is a little easier.
