9/23/16 Tree Water and Grub Poison

This morning David helped water Gram and Papa Connelly's tree. While the water ran we scooted over to Lowes and bought grub killer for the front lawn where her sister lives. Heidi did some research and talked to a neighbor. She learned that the reason the grass is dying is that there are bugs eating the roots. The poison should kill the bugs and save the lawn.
We also used the Hallsted's pole saw on the high broken branch on the tree in the back yard. It felt good to finally get it down. It's been hanging high overhead for weeks since it partially broke in a storm. We've had no way to get it down until now. It's nice to no longer have that hanging over us ;)
