Twice today this little guy ran up to me to give me a hug. One of the times he said "there he is" like he'd been looking for me. It made me feel very loved and brightened my day. Later on David made a big heart on our white board and a note that says "I love you Mom and Dad". It's often easy to see how much our kids need us but not as easy to see how much I need them. Both of these things cheered me up when I was tempted to feel discouraged. You know you must be doing something right when your kids tell you they love you.
General Conference was great, as expected. I can't wait until the audio versions are available online so I can listen to them again.
