5/9/16 Quiet Bumpy Day

      Today was mostly quiet but there were a couple of rough patches. Peter had a hard day for some reason we're not sure about and cried a lot. That was upsetting to Heidi and me as we tried to comfort him unsuccessfully. It was also a little challenging today knowing what to work on first at work. We can be grateful that we have work to choose between. 

    For Family Home Evening we talked about keeping the Sabbath day holy. The older kids can do better at listening during Sacrament meeting and not trying to lay down on the bench and take a nap. Yesterday we had a small bench so there wasn't room for that. That helped but we won't always be in a small bench. The kids seemed to understand the lesson. We'll see on Sunday how it goes.
